A typical transformation includes strategy, positioning, verbal identity, and visual identity. Depending on scope, this may extend to messaging systems, design systems, templates, and key brand touchpoints.
How long does brand transformation take?
Most projects take around 2 months, with more complex engagements running 4 to 6 months. We can also continue as creative partners for a few months after the transformation to help teams implement and settle into the new brand.
What does your process look like?
Our process typically follows six clear stages: Discovery workshop, competitor and category research, strategy and communication presentation, visual development, brand identity presentation, and final handover.
